Missed or Canceled Payments Policy

If a payment is missed or canceled, all Tricks For Treats Jax training will be paused, and I will be given 72 hours to make this payment to continue training, alternatively, I can opt to suspend training for a maximum of two weeks. If I have not reinstated their subscription following the two-week ( fourteen (14) days) grace period, Tricks For Treats Jax reserves the right to deny consultations and or further training to client.

I understand all payments are card only, payable through TricksForTreatsJax.Com, and if I am booking a service, payments must be made in full prior to the service.

Discontinuation Of Services Policy

Client understands and agrees that if they do not follow through with any portions of the above-stated, schedule of payments, terms and conditions, and/or if any payments are delinquent beyond fourteen (14) days, Tricks For Treats Jax reserves the right to deny consultations and or further training to the client.

PROMISE TO PAY AGREEMENT (Companion Course Clients)

By signing this Agreement I acknowledge, agree and accept responsibility for my training payments that Tricks For Treats Jax requires- for a minimum amount of four (4) weeks. This is to ensure enough time for our trainers to show results. By signing this agreement I further agree to pay my subscription to Tricks For Treats Jax according to the listed schedule, terms and conditions.

Entire Agreement, Severability, Written Modification Required Agreement

This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, representations, warranties and agreements of the parties, and expresses the entire agreement between Client and Trainer regarding the matters described above. This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both Client and Trainer. If any term of this Agreement is to any extent illegal, otherwise invalid, or incapable of being enforced, such term shall be excluded to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability; all other terms hereof shall remain in full force and effect; and, to the extent permitted and possible, the invalid or unenforceable term shall be deemed replaced by a term that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of such invalid or unenforceable term.
